Dr Brendan Smith

Brendan is a registered psychologist in Australia, an executive coach, a sought-after keynote speaker and culture expert. He’s known for his infectious enthusiasm, curiosity and drive to help organisations thrive.

With a doctorate in leadership decision-making and experience working for and consulting with large organisations, he has the skill to translate research findings and impactful approaches into powerful insights and practical interventions that work.

Brendan offers a timely counterpoint to conventional wisdom on how organisations choose to operate. Along with his colleagues, he’s at the forefront of applying developmental leadership consulting and collaborative practices to create more responsive and vibrant organisations.

Team & associates

Amy is an accomplished coach, facilitator and consultant. Grounded in a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and culture, she brings a strengths-based and systemic approach to our work.

With a Master of Organisational Psychology, accreditations in a suite of tools and frameworks, and vast experience leading large-scale culture and capabilities change programs, Amy supports individuals, teams and groups to gain new insights and up their performance and wellbeing.

Rudi is a skilled leadership consultant and coach whose consulting and coaching activities focus on developing the adaptive capacity to lead in complexity.

With an Executive Master in Change and a certificate in Adaptive Leadership, Rudi applies his expertise in adaptive leadership, systemic intelligence, and organisational constellations to help people, teams, and organisations realise their ambitions.

Mark is a certified LAP Developmental Coach, has post-graduate qualifications in business and adult development and a deep understanding of organisational theory and systems leadership.

A strategist and practitioner for over 35 years, Mark has refined his skills and expertise over three decades of practice in various blue-chip organisations across many industry sectors. He’s also an International collaborator and a highly trained facilitator and coach.

Stuart is a business improvement expert and practitioner. He brings a unique ability to interpret data and spot the potential improvements that others miss. He works comfortably at all levels across sectors.

A trained and certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt with broad project experience, Stuart has proven skills in lean-six sigma DMAIC & DMADV, lean enterprise, agile and theory of constraints. He specialises in program deployment and rapidly realising business value.
